Great is Thy Faithfulness

The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases;his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning;great is your faithfulness. Lamentations 3:22-23

 Faithfulness means adhering firmly and devotedly, as to a person, cause, or idea; loyal. But what's the meaning of faithfulness to God...?
It's adhering firmly, devotedly, loyally to God. Even God happens to be more faithful to us, than we are to Him. Jeremiah could not comprehend this level of faithfulness, when he wrote "great is your faithfulness".
 If God is faithful to us , why don't we be faithful to him.Serve Him with sincerity of heart, knowing fully well that we can't fool God. 
Deuteronomy 28, gives us the blessings of faithfulness and the curses of unfaithfulness.
